The writer of the Pokemon series, has died yesterday, at age 61
Takeshi Shudo, the writer of the Pokemon anime, died yesterday.
I can't say I ever knew much of him, but his work has been very close to me for a long time.
I remember spending countless hours as a kid, just talking about the series with my friends. One of great memories, was getting invited back to my friends house, after I had moved away, to see the 4th Pokemon movie on new years eve. I used to love that movie, but my favorite was the Mew-two movie. It was amazing to me at the time. The story was so much more then usual, very impacting in a lot ways for this kid.
This year has been a bad year for losing so many great creative people, and it's unfortunate that you had to be added to that list,
R.I.P. Takashi, You are missed :/
(Oh and Reyori totally beat me to this, so props to him ^____^)
